On air now: The Saturday Sports Show
Mother's day competition

Not content with just one Mothers' Day competition at Seaside FM, the Hello Holderness team have got a wash and set (or whatever it's called: some pampering, basically) at The Stylist's hairdressers on Queen Street in Withernsea to give away. To enter, just email us with the answer to this simple question: Name the hairstyle that Amy Winehouse made popular. Answers to info@seasideradio.co.uk before next week's show, marking your subject line 'Hello Holderness'.
Today's show, presented by Katie, Paul, and me (Joachim), had a definite entertainment slant to it.
Our first guest was local musician Nick Stubbs, who brought his saxophone along and played live in the studio. Nick has a studio near Aldbrough and plays at events such as the Beverley Folk Festival. Find out more on his myspace page.
Kate then spoke to actress Amanda Salmon, who grew up in Withernsea before going on to a West End career. Amanda is currently appearing in Hello Dolly at the Hull New Theatre.
And last, but definitely not least, Kempie our resident Tigers fan came in to give us the lowdown and her prediction for tomorrow's match.
We're looking for occasional correspondents for the show, in areas such as cookery, slimming, astrology, and in fact anything you can think of. If you'd like to come along and join in the fun, please get in touch. No experience is needed, no skills other than the gift of the gab, and it's great fun!
