I've just spent the morning over at Kingstown Radio's studios in Hull, where several of the Seaside FM presenters have been on a training course. Note I say studios plural: they have two studios there. Luxury!

I was there with Big Dave, Paul Ashworth, Trish, and Kevin Young. We listened to short clips from each of our shows, thinking about what we'd said in our links and focussing on what we'd done wrong and how to improve it. Everything was very constructive, if a little embarassing. It's never nice hearing your own voice! We also looked at timing our links to the intros of songs, and the rather more serious matters of contempt of court and libel.

We're back for more in a fortnight, and in the meantime we're to put into practice what we've learned. Listen in to our shows and let us know how you think we're doing!
