SHORES are currently developing a Home Care Service for the Southern Holderness area for people over the age of 18. They are looking to recruit local people within this service and are initially looking for a manager. They write:

Our objectives are based very much on the old philosophy of home care and intend to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients are cared for, given support and guidance to lead fulfilled independent lives. Alongside this service they are looking to train 12 Movers Mentors in nutrition,weight management, staying active and fall prevention, who can then move forward to become Care Champions within the Home Care service and the locality.
