On air now: The autopilot
What's on in Holderness this weekend

Howdy!
There are so many things going that I thought I'd take this opportunity to remind you about what's happening in our part of East Yorkshire oover the Weekend.
First off, Saturday night is Karoake Night at The Railway Pub in Patrington or, if you prefer you can take the kids to watch Wallace & Gromit in the film 'The Wrong Trousers' at RAF Holmpton. Gates open at 6pm and the show starts at 6.30pm. Tickets for this will cost you a mere fiver and it's all in aid of Withernsea RNIB. For more details ring Rachel on 01964 613648.
Sundays are a great day to listen to Seaside FM, but if you are going out then why not escape from it all and enjoy a leisurely 5 mile walk between Burstwick and Keyingham. The walk will be along the old railway line, public footpaths and green lanes. The group meet at 10.00am at Kelsey Gardens, behind Sangwins in Burstwick. It'll cost £2 for adults, £1.50 for the over 60’s and under 16’s. You can book for the walk on 01482 395321.
There is also a concert on Sunday Afternoon featuring Amanda Lowe and Quentin Budworth at St German's Church in Winestead at 3pm. Music will be played on traditional instruments, featuring the hurdy gurdy and hammer dulcimer (whatever one of them is!?) or you can take along your own instrument(s) and join in with the Jam Session between 3-5pm at the Coach and Horses Public House in Welwick, I might take my triangle!
Also, every Sunday you may prefer to pick up a bargain or two at Skirlington Market or go fishing at Rainbow Lake in Burstwick. Whatever your getting up to this weekend, have a good one and don't forget to take Seaside FM 105.3 with you!
As usual, the regular Sunday line up will be here with the expected dose of music, comedy and up to date information for you. So join Andy Solly for Sunday Breakfast, Dave Rymer for erm.... whatever his show is called between 10-2 and me for The Mike Brown Radio Show between 2-6pm.
Mike Brown.
Keep listening to Seaside FM 105.3 for regular updates of the Events Diary.
