Getting it off my chest!

Howdy!
It's me again!
This blog may make me sound a bit like Victor Meldrew, but there are some things I need to have a rant about!
VENDING MACHINE NEWS
Do you know what get's on my nerves the most? Having a pocket full of change because nobody has invented a vending machine that can hold more silver than copper yet. You'd think that in this day and age this age old problem would have been sorted by now.
I've just been to grab myself a Kit Kat, that's right a measly Kit Kat and it cost me 50p. I had nothing less than a pound on me, so i put that into the slot, it dispensed the Kit-Kat from a great distance (obviously breaking it) and then gave 50 pence worth of 1's and 2's!!! Bloody thing!
HAYFEVER NEWS
Something else that is annoying me at the moment is the nice weather, I hate it!!!! Do you know why? Because so far it's cost me a small fortune in Hayfever remedies. You name it I have got it at home, everything from eyes drops to nasel spray as I was determined to nip it in the bud before it properley kicked in, but yet again I have been defeated and have streaming eyes and a runny nose. I am convinced that the only way that I will be able to go out in Summer is if I wear some sort of spacesuit!
RADIO INDUSTRY NEWS
My next rant is for the anoraks out there, if your not one of them look away now! The state of the Bristish Radio market has always annoyed me and this week not one, not two, not even three but FOUR Radio Station have been sold in the last few days.
107.9 Dune FM in Southport has been sold by The Local Radio Company to an unknown new consortium. GCap Media have sold XFM in South Wales to Town and Country Broadcasting, It will be rebranded as Nation Radio. GCap have also sold digital station Planet Rock. It was thought that Queen guitarist Brian May was going to buy the station but they sold it to someone else. Also, Virgin Radio has been sold to Times of India Group, who will spend a further £15million on re-branding the station, in the words of The Bare Naked Ladies, "It's all been done before!!!!!"
Do you know how I'm feeling, do you have any advice or have you got something you want to get off your chest? If so, email me right now at mikebrownradioshow@live.co.uk

Also, our Will will be out and about somewhere in Yorkshire as well as loads of great music, the usual features, various self indulgent jingles and me ranting about stuff that get's on me nerves!
Join me and the team, live at 2pm.
