As the Great Withernsea Railway Comrie Railroad gears up to celebrate its 10th anniversary, enthusiasts and locals alike are invited to join in the festivities on Sunday, March 17th, 2024.
To mark this milestone, a special event has been organized with trains running from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
For just £4, attendees can purchase a day rover ticket, granting them access to the celebratory rides along the historic railway line. Additionally, light refreshments will be available, courtesy of Happiness Bakes, providing sustenance to fuel the day's excitement.
Located along Withernsea Road, HU19 2QP, the anniversary celebration promises to be a memorable occasion for all who attend. Limited parking will be available within Corrie Pond, so early arrival is advised.
In keeping with the spirit of community and goodwill, all proceeds from the event will be generously donated to the RNLI Withernsea, supporting their invaluable efforts in ensuring the safety of coastal waters.
